Please pray

I am going to have 2 hospital procedures, this coming Mon. and this coming Fri. I am scared about the one very much because I had it once before and was screaming it was so painful. They say they are going to put me to sleep but they are not giving me anesthesia so I might be awake with the medicines they give me I figure if they don't give me enough.I need prayers that it won't hurt so bad and that I'm not so scared and that the procedures do not show anything wrong. Thank you.

Father God, I lift my sister up to You. I ask that You bring healing to her body now, but if You choose to use physicians, I pray that You give them insight and skills beyond their natural ablities. I pray that You would cover her with Your comfort and peace and let her feel no pain. Thank You Lord for Your mercy and grace towards us, in Jesus' name, amen.

Lord I pray for Ruth. I pray for your protection and love over her. I ask that these procedures she has on the Monday and Friday will go really well. Please Lord let them be a lot less painful father than they were before. I ask for your peace upon Ruth. That you will take away all fear from her. I pray you will hold her close. Dear Lord,

I pray that Ruth not wake up while procedures are being done, and that she experience no pain while these are done. I pray for those tending to her, doctors and nurses that they be very attentive and to know if Ruth needs more medicine or whatever it is, that they are acutely focused and aware of Ruths needs during and after the procedures.

I pray quick recovery and no problems from the procedures. I also pray calm for Ruth. I pray you might bring things to Ruths thoughts about you Lord that she will always treasure and which also help her through.

Thank you all for the prayers. One procedure was painful but not as bad as 10 years ago. They did find some reasons for my symptoms but there is nothing that can be done about it. Changing my diet helps. The other procedure was negative, nothing wrong.
