CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

OKIE-totally. here i'll say a short lil' prayer right here:
dear lord, i pray right now that you would bless christi. Father i ask that by your power you would come in and wash away those things that are holding her back form the best that you have for her. God give her peace and strenth and renew the passion in her soul. give her a new hunger and a fresh fire that burns deep within her, drwaing ehr nearer and nearer to the purpose of God. Lord, show her that you are right there with her, that you ahve walked each day before we have and you have left behind, in your footsteps, enough patience, power, and grace to make it thru each moment. Lord lead her to where your footsteps are, to where she needs to be. I break anything int he spirit right now that is trying to come against her and i say that you have NO power over her in Jesus name! She is covered by the blood of Jesus and stand clean in the eyes of the Lord. Father let her find favor in your eyes o god, I pray that you would look upon her with favor and love in this and every situation. come be with her and let her abide under the shadow of your wings. in Jesus name, AMEN
