That's awesome! When you sin, and you seriously want deliverance, you gotaa go through those sinfuyl walls that try to bottle you in. Got gives him strength and grace. I'll be praying!

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I went to visit Jon again tonight... I won't see him again until Sunday August 11th. I have had a trip planned since last month, my mom had open heart surgery last month, and me, Jon and my cousin were going to visit her. (she lives 600 miles away) I told Jon tonight that me and Sara are still going. He wanted me to wait for him, but I told him I couldn't, this trip was planned for a month, and he knew all about it.
He seems to be doing really good... he IS reading the Bible!!! he was telling me about everything he's learned so far from it... it's great to hear him tell the story, he is really understanding everything he's reading!!!
He's also reading a book about sports stars who follow God, they tell their stories in the book, and how He's changed their life around... he said its a really good book!!!
He told me that he was reading the Commandments, and "thou shall obey your parents" keeps running through his head.... he said he's already thinking about all the good things he's going to do when he gets out!!!
I am so at peace right now with everything that is happening with him... it's amazing how God works!!!
