I have anxiety because I realized in getting older and I don't wanna be alone without friends and family it has given me extremely bad anxiety so I can't sleep I just cry alot. Fyi I'm 23yr but I lost hope getting my life back u was interested in gaming and talking to friends but since then I've isolated myself I literally sleep my life away
