I go to court in the morning. I have to testify against the man that abused me for 4 years. I am very scared but I am also very physically unwell. I am very sick with an infection in my ears, sinus and throat. I also have trouble with panic attacks whenever he is near me. I am afraid. But I have to do this and be strong. The trial may last for 3 days I have been told by my lawyer. Please remember the unworthy handmaid Stephanida in your prayers.

Dear Lord,be with this little one of yours,and I pray you make her strong,and raise her up to be a mighty wittness of your grace and love,purify her in every way,and bring to pass your purposes in her life.

As a fellow abusee I feel compelled to remind you that you aren't at fault. Don't let him make you pay for his sin. He has to ask somebody else to do that for him.

My best advice is to try and forgive him, when you forgive him he no longer has control over you. Be brave my sister.

Thank you all. The court case went well. He changed his pleas to guilty for both charges of sexual abuse. (1 charge for under 14 and 1 charge for over) The sentencing is to be on the 21st of October.

I will be praying for you that you wil go in confidence and not in fear. Go in peace knowing good things is going to come out of it. I'm sorry you had to go through this ordeal for 4 years. My heart breaks when I hear people abusing other people. No one, even you, deserve abuse. You are the apple of the Lord's eye. He loves you and will give you strength. When you feel fearful, give your fears to him. What is the cure for fear?

In 1 Jokhn 4:18 "18There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love."

Translation. Allow the Lord to cover you with His love and through that, the fear will leave. When you feel fearful, just cast your cares to him that he is in control. Fear is the opposite of faith and they both demand equal time. So, allow the Lord's love for you to cover you and bring peace to your mind, body and spirit. Just know he loves you and will protect you and that there is nothing to fear becasue He is in control.
