The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. Look youg brother your "Sin" isn't the end of the world by no means! It's quite normal and natural to engauge your self in those activities at your age... There is a book: "every young mans battle" Which explains in detail what your going through and it explains your new life and what to expect, you might get a copy for free if you call 1800-new-life and speak with one of there 24 hour consoulers, or if your not afraid to talk to your parents about ordering it on-line you can goto "newlife.com" and get a copy that way... This should be a book all young brothers should read it helps you understand what and why your doing what your doing and gives you scripture to help you with your guilt... Remember this what you experiencing is apart of life and god knows it, so don't be too rough on yourself.

You are not going to win this battle on your own. You will need to cling to Jesus more than you ever have, and put off anything that makes you yield to these feelings. You will need to rely on Jesus' divine power and on His strength to fight your battles. We just need to stand on what He said is true about us.
