Please Pray for me to Loose the weight from my torture

Please pray for me to loose the weight I gained during my torture when I was overfed. It's been very distressing to me and hurt my spirit alot. The woman forced me to overeat and said she would make me fat. She overfed me everyday and would beat me if I did not eat everything she put for me to eat, so I ate it all. I don't feel like myself anymore and am very depressed over my weight gain. Please pray that I heal.

Please try some fasting if you dont have stomach disorder.

Try to eat only 1 meal for a day, for one/two days
or try to drink water/juice only for a day and repeat it again once/twice a week or try to reduce the portion of meal you eat.

Child;please tell me yer a mil.mi. from HER now.This happened in th'21st. cent. ? O dear LORD, ISIS,torture,& cruelty have no headquarters;they pop up everywhere. How much weight ? YMCA got great workout room cheap. My prayers,encouragement & blessinz 2 ya. Have faith & buy a bike.....shalom
