I am desperate for prayer right now I am on the verge of suicide for real I cannot take anymore hurt and pain that this world is causing me right now I am sooooooooooo very very broken inside, please please I am begging for prayer please

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

This is almost six hours later. How are you feeling? Do you remember how much, as children, we wished we could finally get old and be the adults? And now here we are, stuck in all kinds of unexpected and undeserved (and sometimes half-deserved) junk. I hope that you were able to walk past some of that grime and fear this afternoon.
Lord, wrap your arms around angelic_66. You know that life isn't easy. You know how difficult it is to drive this feeling of despair away. Open doors for her, open possibilities, soften voices around her, and ease the circumstances that pressure her. You are the Lord of life. Bring hope for a better future.

Why am I not surprised
Father, may all of the glory be to Your name. Lord, be with Your daughter today and everyday, guide her into the Truth. Lead her into Your love, and allow her to realise that though this world is terrible, You are good, and You are always there. Father, be with her during these times of trials. Keep the devil away from her, and protect her under Your wings. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

thank you and i did make it past that day, i am trying very hard to keep myself from doing harm and I know deep inside I will not but hurt and pain are just so overwhelming at this time and find it hard to pray or even think that god is listening right now, i just need to know there are true people out there that care and will continue to pray

My sister!!! My heart hears your cry!! I would urge you to lean on the cross. Are you giving it ALL to God or just some of it? Are you adding God in when you have time for him or are you adding in life when God has time for it? You must call on the name of Christ. You must find your strength in Him!!!! If you are having a strong urge to harm yourself- don't stay alone. Is there anyone you can talk to about this?
I've had those kind of thoughts before- it helps to talk through it.

it is getting better thank you everyone for your support and prayer and yes that day I went to my church walked into the alter and sat there for hours, a nice lady came and saw that i was in the dark lol and she prayed with me the pastor was out at the time and i have not returned it feels like something is holding me back but I know deep down i must go see him, my anxiety is holding me from doing anything even to go outside for a walk. But I know I need god back in my life again its just I am so scared because I always fail him and walk away. I do not ever want to do that again

You know about seventy times seven...Jesus said we should forgive debtors that many times. He set the standard, so count on him welcoming you back! We have to forgive ourselves far more often!
In the dark (-; Do you know how you can contact the woman? Maybe she can hook you up with a home Bible study group, where other believers will support you throughout the week.
God puts people like that in our paths, always the right people for the job, and I don't think it was a mistake that she was there instead of the minister. We are all supposed to use our skills and talents to support each other.

God's love for you is unfailing and endless - even the times you have walked away. Through those times He has always kept loving you so incredibly much and the times you have come back to Him... I bet heaven went completely off in celebration over you!
We've all disappointed God but just remember that He is a generous, loving and forgiving Father! It doesn't matter what you do or have done... He LOVES you and that won't change. God is love and His love is for you!

Father, thank you for bringing this Child to a place where she can receive prayers for her heart and soul. God, you are that eternal life. the True life.
Father, your Son, Jesus is the Bread of life. The food and nourishment for our souls. He is the Living Water that refreshes us when we are weary.
I pray now Father for comfort, strength, peace and refreshing of life for my Sister that is struggling.
Your Word tells us that the things we erpeience in life aren't some trange things that merely happen to us. I pray that you will give my Sister faith to help her walk through whatever trials she is going through.
Let her find your love for her and give her grace to share that love with others.
