Thank you for all your prayers Suddenly decided to go back to see my doctor, and he has changed the anti-depressants I am on, as he doesn't think the old ones were what I needed. And he is referring me to the counsellor too - so thank you, I reckon your prayers were answered in that I got a big nudge to go talk to someone
