Well he's a friend over the internet, I didn't really talk to him a lot. On his profile he said that he is committing suicide today at 7:30 pm in Australia. I tried to talk to him about it and convince him why it's not the right choice, but he turned away. I need some quick and deep prayers for this person, so the Lord can touch him and provide him with comfort. Thank you very much!! In Jesus' name Amen

OK. I pray that this person should think twice before committing suicide. I pray that this person should really seek psychiatric help and hopefully that therapist (whether Christian or not) puts him on the right track in life and stop thinking suicidal thoughts. Surely, there must be a reason why he wants to commit suicide, and I pray that the psychiatrist would get to the bottom of the problem and solve it. Amen.

In his book Transformed By The Light by Dr. Melvin Morse he referred to a study conducted on people who had attempted suicide in the past. One group was simply given NDE accounts to read. Zero people from this group attempted suicide again during the course of the study.
An eye witness testimony is something that impresses us in a special way. Giving people powerful evidence that life has a purpose can greatly reduce their tendency to want to end it all.
I highly recommend The NDE of Beverly BRodsky because she is an atheist at the time of her NDE. She blasts God with her doubts and questions and she gets an answer to everything that she can think of asking. This particular NDE shows how much God loves us even when we are in a state of nearly total disbelief!!!!!
