I'm taking Spanish is school, but I really want learn more spanish you know. I'm only in the 10th grade though. So we basically learn how to make sentences and things. I love the Spanish culture. How can I learn Spanish?

One word: immersion.

Nothing can open your mind and help your practice the verb tenses like a good, old immersion experience. Practicing with people who know the language very well is good, also. However, I find that when you have no choice but to speak it, you find yourself knowing much more than you'd originally thought. The confidence that builds & the authenticity of the experience is something that cannot be replicated in a classroom.

Try to find a native Spanish speaker --- in your church, school or at your job----and see if you can meet once a week at the library or church or somewhere that you can just talk in Spanish. I meet with a lady that is trying to learn English and I am trying to learn Spanish so we help each other and have become friends. Sometimes we go to lunch, sometimes we go window shopping at the mall and just try to talk. This has helped me a great deal! Good luck!!
