Please interpret this open vision I had

I was in prayer several years ago and all of the sudden I had an open vision of the antichrist standing about 20 feet in front of me with a long black robe on. Then a voice from behind me said "They shall call him Michael Patriot, and that is for the meaning of his name."

I would like to hear any thoughts on this. Thanks!

Times short....that is very interesting!!! I believe the voice from behind you was Jesus! Because I've recently learned that Jesus calls us from behind! He calls us from behind because his sheep know his voice. Did you know the sound of the voice behind you? Do you know it was Jesus speaking?!

So the antichrist, as we know according to the bible is going to set himself up to be like God and try to fool others by indicating he is indeed God. He will try to convince people he is wise and loving and it will look to many like he is, but deep down his heart is black. This is the anti christ spirit which is already in the world. I've seen this very thing in operation within people current day.
The word Patriot means "A person who vigorously supports their country and is prepared to defend it against enemies or detractors". So again, this person will attempt to look loyal and as though they are defending the just and doing what is right. Many people will be fooled because they will be very cunning, flying under the radar, fooling people into thinking they are something they aren't. Once more, this is the spirit of anti-christ which I see in operation already. Jesus said that spirit was in operation in His days and how much stronger is it today.
The long black robe refers to what he is really clothed in - darkness. A robe is used to cover a person - his covering is darkness and evil, yet he, and those who operate from this vile thing, will fool many by appearing righteous and like God. In reality this is just pride and self-righteousness... the spirit of anti-christ is already rampant on the earth - it even operates through some Christians.. actually, it seems to operate mostly thru self-righteous Christians at times. The bible says that it is possible even the elect can be fooled... these are those who clothe themselves in it's attributes.

The Roman Catholic Church highly regards Michael the archangel, and offers prayers (and even worship) of him. This is a deceptive practice as we are not to pray to angels, but to Jesus directly. There is only one mediator between man and God, the Man Jesus Christ.

Patriotism is what America has been using to justify our illegal wars in the Middle East, and our continued Emperialistic activities around the world. They use the "Support the Troops" mantra and stickers to keep people from speaking out against our invasion of the Middle East to gain control over their resources. Yes maam! I have been blessed to hear His voice several times. It makes me cry thinking about it. It sounds as if someone is standing right behind me very close and speaks in an audible voice to me. I hear in in both ears like surround sound. His voice is SO gentle! He's my everything! xoxoxo

That was the first time I audibly heard His voice. So at first I thought it was His angel speaking to me. I have heard His voice audibly like that several times since then. When he gives me a dream I hear His same voice, and whether a dream or a vision He always speaks from behind me! He is so awesome!!! It amazes me that He would take the time to speak to me, a nobody. Antichrist will NEVER be "he who is like God" but will be a Jew (prob from the tribe of Dan) who will established the temple in Jerusalem and "proclaim himself as God."

Antichrist is a political not a religious figure, but never patriotic or "a person who loves, supports, and defends his or her country and its interests with devotion."

Just a quick note: I was born and raised Catholic, until I was saved (born-again). I remember very well that no one I knew who was Catholic ever worshiped an angel. We did not worship the Catholic saints, but we did pray to saints and wear medallions for certain saints.. especially St. Christopher (in my house). We expected protection from saints and asked them to help us find lost things. We prayed to Mary and did indeed sing worship songs to her in church. (yes, I know better now.)

There was def. NO worship of angels. Not even Michael.

He will pretend to be like God, he will even say that he is God. Believe me, I know when I have a vision or dream from God. I know the difference. Oh and by the way, the Discovery Channel is not the best place to try to learn anything concerning God. Yes, some Catholics do pray to Mary, and I consider that to be worship. Thanks for trying though
