Hi. I have an assignment for a graduate research methods class in which I have to design a survey and distribute it.

Question ten, you need to re-visit the way the scale is laid out. Your teacher isn't going to like this one. It is extreamly unclear as to whether this is a single scale or three separate scales in one question.

Question 14 you need to say whether 1 or 10 is highest, I assume ten, but I have seen it both ways so you have to specify. Also, in my optinion a seven point scale is probably better then a ten point scale.

Always put your demographics at the END of the survey NEVER at the beginning. (research methods 101)

I did the survey. I love doing surveys they are quiet enjoyable..

I don't know if it was just me...

But Number 10... Didn't know what to put for sex and alcohol/drugs. Never did them before conversion. Little confusing.

Also last questions buttons did not work. As I selected the rating it was clearing another item. Buttons did not work at all.

I usually love doing surveys, but this survey is a little confusing in its methodology and construction. I also thought some of the questions are a little inappropriate considering the declared intent of the survey.

I'm sorry, I choose to not participate in this survey as written.

I agree with the confusing part.

But the question points seem to be in line with the two main points:
1. what influenced you to become a Christian
2. what influenced choice of church.

Maybe I didn't pay close attention to the questions because I was hung up on #10 and the last one (#20).
