To Those Who Wish to Help:


If there is anyone out there who can and is willing to help us, we ask you to please contact us. We are embattled in a legal dispute that is threatening to destroy us completely. The basis of the battle is strictly greed and control. My wife and I are in our 50s, and 8 years ago we purchased a property and a business that we had dreamed of for 10 years. (Well, I should say I dreamed of 10 years and my wonderful wife of 30 years stood by me.) The property and business is owner financed. Approximately 1 year ago, as we had attempted to revise our business plan (bottled water) and sell some assets, the former owner tried to use his money and influence to seize all of the property and business. We have made our payments faithfully for 8 years, but he is systematically trying to break us financially through litigation, and we have run out of money. We have already lost all of our other assets and property because of this. Our legal bills are mounting and in the very near future we will not be able to continue. We will be broke and I will have no place for myself, my wife, my daughter, and mother-in-law to go. We will be homeless, and we have done nothing to deserve it. The property has gone up in value dramatically in the last 8 years and has become motivation for greed on the part of the former owner. He has tied our hands so that we cannot produce enough income to sustain ourselves. We have an attorney that is God-sent and continues to fight for us, but that can only last for so long. God put it on my heart to plead for help. There are a lot of good people out there that I believe can and will help. The only thing we are guilty of is daring to follow a God-given dream and fulfill it. . we graciously accept your prayers. You will not be forgotten in ours.

It must be terrible what you are going through. i pray that all your problems are solved through open doors. May the Lord have Mercy on you. Sometimes things like this happen, but just remember that God is there with you if you invite Him to be with you. Money will not be enough to solve your problem if God is not there with you. I pray that He gives you courage, peace, and the tools you need to solve this on a long term.
