Please help me develop this idea

I have just gotten this idea. To write a story about someone(a fictional character) who witnessed Jesus' death, was at the Pentecost and that was there at a few other major events in the Bible. Um as I said above fbove i barely developed this idea and i dont really know anything just that I'm going to name the male main character Christopher. And well the female main character Montserrat. Um can you guys please help me!?!?​

I am thinking about naming it AT HIS FEET. But its still a work in progress.​

Hmm.....was there for the crucifixiion AND other events? This character would have to be very old, maybe immortal? How about telling this story through the eyes of one of God's angels?

If it's going to be covering many events from the Bible, maybe you could create a fictitious family line so that at each event it's just a different generation of the same family (they could even have the same first names if you wanted). Then you would be providing the reader a familiarity with the characters (even though technically they aren't the same ones) while still giving them a feel for the time that passes between events.

ya...im with Katelyn...that is a long time period and the character would have to be old so why not create a family and go from there. good luck on this.
