And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.
John 3:13 KJV

Wasn't Jesus born from Mary and did not come down from heaven?
Also wasn't he on earth and not in heaven when he was born?

Hi OneGodbeliever we meet again I suppose, I’m Mishael on Worthy Christian. I can answer your question, Jesus lived a pre-existent life in heaven, his existence didn’t to play in the womb of Mary, he already had a life and existence in heaven and came down from heaven and was miraculously put into the womb of the Virgin Mary.

His supernatural conception was also His coming down from Heaven. Therefore we read this:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God...And the Word was made flesh, [took upon Himself a human body] and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (John 1:1,14)
So Jesus was the eternal Word of God in Heaven before He took upon Himself a human body.
Also wasn't he on earth and not in heaven when he was born?
That is the mystery of God. Jesus was "in the bosom of the Father" in Heaven (and in Spirit) while He was also on earth. Jesus is God -- "and the Word was God".

John 3:13 KJV

No man has ascended because no man was good enought before Christ , people were not going to heaven but to sheol - the place of dead both forgiven and not .
That's why Christ had to go to sheol after he died on cross to preach to these souls here what he has done . Also there is difference between Ascending and Being Raptured/Taken Away . Only Christ on it's own could ascend , other people were taken by God because they had no power to do so by themselfes .
Yes Jesus was not born of Mary but had his flesh born of Mary there is difference . He is eternal God as we see in Isaiah 9:6

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

child is born = Christ's body
son given = Christ incarnate into body , he is given by God because he existed before that
his name.. The mighty God , The Everlasting Father - Christ is both the Son and The Father, he was both in heaven and on earth in fleshly body .
Jesus even himself said that about himself while being on earth in John 3:13 because Son Father and Holy Spirit are one .

The only place where Christ was separated from God was on cross because he was dying in your place for your sins .

Manuscript evidence suggests that "which is in heaven" at the end of the verse is not part of the original. You should look at some translations more current than the KJV. Try ones like the CSB, NASB, or NET.

In the Nicene Creed we employ this language:

"For us and for our salvation He came down from heaven; and became flesh by the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary, and was made human."

We speak of the Incarnation of the Word, of God becoming a human being, as God descending, or coming down from heaven and uniting Himself to our human nature in the womb of Mary.

This is not a contradiction in the bible.
You have to read the preceding two versus to keep this verse in context. Verse 13 is Jesus explaining that He is the only one who has descended and can teach about Heaven.

When he was made human was he on earth or heaven?
Did you miss post #5? Modern manuscript evidence shows that "who is in heaven" was probably not part of the original writing of John 3:13. So there's no conflict caused by that verse.

How? By a scribe adding something that wasn't there before. That's why we use all the manuscripts available to find those kinds of things.

That is fine till he descended but the problem arises from words "who is in heaven". It turns out it was added into bible and was not in original manuscripts
