  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I first started getting into photography in 2012. I have not been formally taught or taken any classes. Everything I have learned has been from online tutorials and articles. I consider myself a learner.

Please check my gallery and let me know if I am on the right track. I am very very open to constructive criticism.

Awesome pics ~ you have a great eye for composition
Back in the day of my youth I was into nature photography and had done greeting/note cards which were sold in local gift shops.
Others were matted and given to family or the Church fairs for raffles.
Age, illnesses, and a broken Minolta SLR have ended my hobby.
I can't justify the cost of a good digital on a pension for the little I do go out now, but I take pics 'with my heart' when I can go out hiking and something catches my eye. ;)
I hope something special comes out of these for you!
Enjoy the experiences ~ God bless
