Three weeks ago, I had a dream where I saw myself in Egypt near the Pyramids, although this was not clear. Then I sense myself rising during my sleep; I rarely have this happen. Next thing I knew, I was looking up in the sky and saw the sky covered with birds, but when I look closely, it wasn't birds. I saw a small 4-5 passenger plane spin out of control and fall down. Then I saw bunch of planes in the sky and one of the larger commercial planes started falling down from the sky. When I realize that all these planes were about to meet similar fate, I said that I didn't want to see anymore. I felt myself coming back in my body, but before it happened I saw a black fog hovering over me and knew it was the enemy. I eventually woke up, but I never really gave much thought to it. The whole rising out of my body thing is not something that I'm comfortable with because I hardly experience stuff like that. As a Christian I am cautious about certain experience, but I wanted to hear opinions on this. Thanks in advance.

Planes Falling from the Sky!

I saw a bit of a History channel documentary about possible scenarios of large volcanos going off in the US. And it is thought that the ash from these super disasters would be up to 4 inches thick which would destroy anything in it's path for hundreds of miles and cause planes to crash instantly.

In Ephesians 6 it speaks of dark powers in the air. In the second heaven is where spiritual battles are fought -- do you remember colors of the planes or anything they were "enemy" or "friendly?"
I've had that experience of rising out of my body, too. Once when I was living a life I shouldn't, I had an out of body experience. Didn't like it and I know there was something evil about it. Also, I've had spiritual encounters where I was in the spiritual realm and could clearly feel the Presence of God such that I was almost floating/rising.
What do you think it was? The dark fog could mean you are being given a peek into the spiritual realm so you will NOT be caught off guard and will be prepared. Read Ephesians 6 tonite and rest in it.

I don't get the feeling the planes represented evil only because when they kept fallen, I didn't want to see anymore. From my perspective I saw it as something horrific, I don't think I would feel this way if the planes represented evil. I also didn't get the feeling the plane represent anything good either. Its like when a tragedy happens, and your thinking is not on whether the victims were good or bad. Its more like seen planes fallen and knowing that its more than a coincidence cause its not just one plane fallen, but many. It felt like something big was happening or coming. I didn't see anything graphic like blood or dead bodies, but it was horrific enough in my spirit that I didn't want to see anymore. The dream ended when I said I didn't want to see anymore.
The black fog was hovering over me when my spirit was coming back. I saw this black fog when I was about to wake up, but I was in the spirit not in my body yet. I felt like the fog was the enemy who was trying to interfere in whatever revelation I was receiving.

The pyramids are something big built by man that have a spiritual meaning. Air can symbolize the spiritual realm. What you saw initially looked natural (birds) - what has been made by God - His plan for a spiritual connection with Him. Aeroplanes are what man has made to navigate the spiritual realm. The Lord wants to bring us out of Egypt so we don't crash back into slavery.
Lord, redeem people from spiritual beliefs which are not founded on the Chief Cornerstone - Jesus. Save the captains of spiritual aeroplanes - fathers of families & leaders of false religions. Show people the emptiness in false religions, give them a true thirst for You, let them hear the gospel of Jesus & draw them into Your kingdom. Blow away any fog of the enamy around their lives so that they may see the light of the gospel of Christ. Amen.

In the political and military realms, the US appears to stay very secure in the bed of their own territory, but often rises up in spirit and gets involved around the world.
Next thing I knew, I was looking up in the sky and saw the sky covered with birds, but when I look closely, it wasn't birds.
When the pivotal activities started in Egypt, the US kept a firm stance that they were going to hang out in the Mediterranean. Benign like birds, just flying by, scoping out the situation. But who believed that there were no itching fingers, wanting to get involved.

Civilians or businesses falling, not just military.

This reminds me of yesterday's discussion on the Tex-Mex border. The number of terrorists caught per day crossing into the US. If your out-of-body represented the spirit of the US going out into the nations, then upon returning home, it found the dark cloud was within the domestic realm that had always been considered safe.
You had a very distinct moment where you felt yourself making the choice to retreat and focus on home.
I heard a comedy critique this week, how they felt Obama was more focused on international affairs than domestic... with layered "soon" promises for the economy. Perhaps the return to the body reflects a distinct decision toward more domestic focus.
You did not make the original choice to go out there -- it just happened. You saw people presumably in battle.
That is similar to bumping into the forum, seeing some activity and hanging out to watch it, then being upset over what should have been benign and positive -- birds or Christians -- becoming fighters.

Could this be related to the rapture? I say this because with the airplanes spining out of control and falling down, the pilots could have been raptured in your dream. Think about it the day the rapture happens, it's going to be chaotic for sure. Cars crashing and probably airplanes falling as well. The black fog may not have represented the enemy but as the end of the dream.
(btw I don't have the gift of dream interpretation so I'm just guessing here) but that was the first thing that stuck out to me that it may be a rapture related dream.
I would say, ask the Lord for the understanding of the dream and confirm that this dream is from him.

I doubt any of us has been singled out by God to be experts in dream interpretation -- we just use the gifts He gives us as we need them.
When someone will benefit from hearing, members of Christ's Body speak -- just like you're doing. Intent to act out of love and concern leads to all sorts of giftings.

Egypt represents bondage, and the pyramids are an archetype of false religion in particular. The planes, small and large, are people, perhaps families and even people groups, coming under their influence and crashing. The evil dark fog would be the pervasive spread of this evil over the earth.
That fact that you rose out of your bed to observe this would seem to indicate that you were being given an important overview of what is happening, with the intent that the message of the dream was to be impressed deeply on you.

stateing the obvious here: the dark cloud will be what falls over the air traffic controllers to put them to sleep. They've been attacked. It's probably only the beginning of the attacks. for example, did you see the mother that drove herself and her children into a river. Only evil spirits infecting her body would drive someone to do such a thing. Once the host is dead it will move on looking for another host.
You all need to pray for protection from evil. In fact, everyone in the country should repent and pray to prevent the evil from growing.

ok, to me the planes are what we have come to rely on for transportation to places we likely would not be able to go without them. We think at first that they are birds, but they are infact imposters. They TRY to be like birds, but they never will be. They are the expectations of how we will get to God, they are the limiting man made requirements for God to work through. We think that they will get us to where we are trying to go (Heaven) by they WILL crash and burn before they get there. The fog is keeping us from seeing this, so we continue to rely and actually worship these man made limitors. Open your eyes lol
