Plagiarism vs Confirmation

Two brothers were given an assignment by their teacher to write a report. After a few days the two brothers handed in their homework. The teacher graded their reports and gave them both an "F". She stated the reason why she gave them both an "F" was because their report on the family cat was almost word for word the same. Their reply was, they were seeing the same cat....

I guess we are plagiarists as we all tend to put ideas and quotes from the Bible in our posts. Sometimes they are referenced, sometimes not...

I seem to plagiarize Jesus and the Apostles all the time when I make there words and life my words and life. My bad...

I need to start becoming like some of the posters on the this forum and make up my our words to live by...

Well, plagiarism isnt the biggest issue again... and again...

explain that one to me:

in patriarchs and prophets EGW gives a description of Jacob fighting against the angel... spiritual gifts explains that one differently, very differently...

amalgamation of man and beast was the sin above sins - thats what spiritual gifts says, patriarchs and prophets makes no mention of it, dudes, if a so-called prophet is inspired and even publishes books (of course with royalties as a worker is worthy of his wages) again claiming divine inspiration, it cannot be IMO that version differ, as it may seem... well what.... did God author different version of the book of ISAJAH, or Daniel, lets say the dude retired and thought he is gonna write a new consice version of his book... slightly differing... lateron people get two different copies and start wondering... these are the real issues... a

and again if that was the sin above other sins, aint that an important message we should heed?? why leave it out?? I understand that there are some discrepancies between different versions and translations and manuscripts of the bible, right, agreed, but this standard CANNOT be applied here as we supposedly have only one author

How would we view this if both brothers claimed they were shown by God that the cat was actually a dog?

By 2 or 3 witnesses we establish the truth so I guess it would be a dog. The problem comes when 2 witnesses say it's a dog but the third witness says it's a cat.
