  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Pixar movies by far, are my most favorite movies to watch. Movies the whole family can enjoy over and over again. Of all the Pixar movies available, which is your favorite and why?

And don't forget to check out the trailer for The Incredibles, which is coming out in November. It's hilarious! Go here to view the trailer. Note: It requires Quicktime for viewing.

God bless!

EDIT: Mine would be Finding Nemo because the beginning really touches me. Yes, I'm a sap :p

All of the Pixar films have been enjoyable. I like Finding Nemo, me and my daughter watch it once a week and never get tired of it, well at least I never do. Pixar will be leaving Disney after 2 more films and The Incredible's is already done so one more, and it will be interesting to see what will happen.

Have to go with Finding Nemo. I watched for the first time on Saturday. Brilliant. Absolutely Brilliant. Dori is just hilarious.

After that it's Monster Inc. That's wearing on me though. My niece loves it. Consequently I feel like I've watched it a million times. It's still good, but may I not watch it for a year. Please.

I don't understand the hype behind Finding Nemo. If I were to rank them in order of my liking:
1. Monster's Inc.
2. Toy Story
3. Toy Story 2
4. A Bug's Life
5. Finding Nemo

I mean Finding Nemo was an enjoyable movie, but in my opinion it fails in comparison to the originality and imagination behind Monster's Inc. and Toy Story 1 & 2. Yet it's widely accepted as the best Pixar has produced to date, and I simply don't understand. At least my fiance agrees with me.

I agree with you, mathias1979. I found Finding Nemo enjoyable, but it wasn't as good as others I have seen.

Monsters Inc is one of my all time favorite movies. THe story line, the characters, the animation... everything is just cute! It's a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful movie!

I agree I agree! I personally didn't like Nemo at all... which really disappoints MrCozmo... I just really found it dull and quite boring... they could (and have) done so much better!

I think Monsters Inc was the best of all the Pixar movies, it's up there as one of my favorites, but there are still a LOT of movies I would choose before any of the Pixar movies, and I have to say also, I can't figure out the hype behind finding nemo, I watched probably 45 minutes to an hour of it, and I couldn't stand any more of it, and besides I was hungry, so my friend and I left and went to get food, it just seemed too cheesy for my taste.

I haven't seen Finding Nemo yet but I have to say that Toy Story is my favourite nonetheless. I don't think Pixar will come up with anything as original as Toy Story again.
