There is an interesting controversy that has erupted at the University of Pittsburgh after Dr. Gabby Yearwood, who teaches in both the anthropology and law schools, was asked by swimmer Riley Gaines if he could tell the gender of persons from skeletal remains. He denied that it was possible despite the widely accepted ability to do so in his field. The answer may reflect the ongoing push in anthropology, discussed in an earlier blog column, to put an end to gender identifications. Some insist that anthropologists need to know how an ancient human may have chosen to identify themselves.

Yearwood reportedly was asked the question by Gaines, who achieved national notoriety in opposing the inclusion of transgender athletes like the University of Pennsylvania’s Lia Thomas in women competitions. Like J.K. Rowling who has raised concerns over the threat to feminist gains from some transgender policies, Gaines is now ostracized and often prevented from speaking at events.

To its credit, Pittsburgh refused to yield to demands to bar Gaines and others from speaking on campus. This controversy appears to have resulted during the event that many sought to cancel.

Its the same incoherence portrayed by some so called Gender experts. When asked what is a women they say that a women is someone who identifies as a women. When asked what that is exactly they repeat the same answer someone who identifies as a women. They cannot answer a simple fundemental question and can only give circular reasoning.

In fact one Pediatrician specializing in gender for kids could not even admit that an egg laying chicken is a female and claimed the chickens sex had been assigned. This is an expert who helps kids transition. Other crazy claims include females can now have a male appendage, males can get pregnant and breast feed and my favorite unless a heterosexual person is willing to date a transwomen or transman then your transphobic because trans men and women are real men and women.

Once people are brainwashed with this ideology even experts become dumb when it comes to scientific reality rejecting long established known facts. They have to claim all sorts of weird ideas to support the ideology to the point of making up crazy stories just to keep the whole ideology proppeed up because if they do admit the truth the whole house of ideological cards comes tumbling down.

This reminds me of the bible verse Romans 1:22-23 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

I think there is truth to this, that fundementally its a spiritual war between human made ideas about what is real and truth verses the truth of God or just nature if you want. I think as society has rejected belief in God the need for spiritual 'belief' is being replaced with human ideas held up as the 'Truth'. A new 'Truth' and reality if you like.

This ideological belief has become more dogmatic as we have seen in recent times even trumping religious belief. That is why people are so passionate and condemning because its about a battle for self. The Rights of self as opposed to God or something greater than self. So its like a religion.

This ideological thinking stems from Postmodernism which is basically the belief that there is no objective 'Truth' and what is regarded as "truth' and reality is self referential (relative). Add to this Queer theory which fits in well as the belief that gender and now sex are socially constructed is a self created truth that trumps everything.

Now humans, individuals can recreate nature, hense the mind can overturn physical reality and turn a male into a female just by identifying as one and this is the only real truth. Hence the expert in the video claimed a chicken has no sex depite the reality that only female chickens can lay eggs and depite whats in the chickens mind.

But nature has a way of telling us the 'Truth' which is a biological and natural fact or truth about the egg laying ability as far as females are concerned. So in truth a male cannot become a female by just identifying or recreating self as there are some biological realities that cannot be denied. But thats what the ideology wants to do. It wants to reconstruct nature through repeating a narrative that gender and sex are social constructs. The power over nature and reality for that matter is in the language not anything objective.

So when activists promote or should I say push this ideogly in society, in schools its indoctrination because its not based on anything real or true. Its a belief based on the assumption that there is no fixed nature and of course no God that grounds that nature.
