Piracy is a sin, that's pretty clear. I really want to watch a series and a movie that looks cool, but I didn't find any way to buy it or an official streaming company (like Netflix/Amazon prime) in my country that has the movie/series I wanna watch available. I didn't find any way to watch it legally.
But I found this series/movie available to watch on a pirate site.

So, in this very specific case where I can't find it legally, is it still a sin to watch it through the pirate site?

Before times, not so long ago when the state had monopol over radio, there were one or two "pirate ships" anchored outside of terrortorial waters,
sending music combined with ads.

I used to tune in to Radio Luxenburg.

Maybe we should take a lesson from the pirates,
have a patch over one eye.

Piracy is all in all not that unethical. I found that the companies that make movies, such as Disney, Warner Bros, Universal, etc. are all very unethical in their practices. They are predatory in their acquisitions, they use copyright laws to destroy the public domain and to squeeze as much money from the people as much as possible, and their use of child labor is unforgiveable. So to pirate the movie from that point of view is not wrong.
Furthermore, you could not find the movie elsewhere, so there is nothing wrong with you watching this movie. But, if your concern is stealing, then think about it this way: There is something you would like. You could either pay for it, or you could get it for free. You worked for this movie either way, since you have a computer, electricity, and internet, and none of those are free. So I would advise you to do what you feel is right, but know that to pirate is not an unethical action.

Not to mention these companies exploiting child and teenage actors and actresses.
And even if you want to look at it from specifically a Christian viewpoint, many of these companies practices and ~90% of their employees are antithetical to orthodox or traditional Christian values and a lot of times even directly and explicitly so.
