Americans often get frustrated when enemies of the American political system assert in American courts rights that they would not be able to assert in their own countries, especially when the bill is being footed by the American tax-payer. We find it just a tad hypocrital. I have observed a similar situation on the internet with its collection of discussion forums. Each individual has the right to establish the rules of acceptable behavior for his forum. I know one individual who is very insulting to those who do not subscribe to his particular brand of Christian doctrine. While I find that distasteful, I can't be angry since I have the option of avoiding that website. What does irk me is when individuals of that ilk then go to other websites where such behavior is not accepted and are the first to scream and complain when a post addressed to them appears to violate those lofty rules.
