there is hard to make a forum with a lots of mod's with support for the best language, Swedish... can't find any swedish lang-file for that mod I realy wan't!!! isn't that bad?

Probably going to be tough to find, I agree. I would think though that as large as the phpBB community is that there would be some sort of Swedish site. Have you tried a search and have you also tried asking at phpBB?

I've never tried it, but I don't think it would be hard to convert it to sweedish. I assume you are fluent in both sweedish and english? Just make a copy of the english language files and translate all of the text inside them to sweedish. It'll be time consuming, but I don't think it'd be beyond the abilities of one person.
