As you can see, as we go on, I'm refining the structure.
I've basically split up the Executive into a Vision Team, and an Administrative Support team.
The Executive Committee will now be made up of an Operations Director, and the Ecumenical Review Team, made up of the Ecumenical Director/Site Chaplain (P_G), Protestant Affairs Director (drstevej) and Catholic Affairs Director (ps139). They will form the CF Vision Team - they will be the ones who will review policy, ensure the site is on track with our vision, and provide leadership to the site.
Additionally, the Operations Director does all the private and public Appeals in relation to the appeals from the Administrator decisions. The Ecumenical Review Team does specifically Appeals that relate to issues to do with different denonimations and churches.
The Operations Director position will be filled shortly.
The Admin Support Committee is a separate Staff Team and will be made up of Managers and form a separate Staff Team - basically the HR Manager, Public Relations Manager, Information Manager and the Policy Manager. Their roles have NOT changed at all. They will continue to provide operational support for the site as they have been. The only difference will be that they will no longer have access to the Executive Committee forum.
This means that the Admin Support Team, instead of the Exec, will be ones who will be in charge of HR issues, replying to site queries, IP checks for staff and other administrative support-type duties.
This splitting of the Executive Committee reflects the functional differences between the members of the Executive and hopefully should improve the effiency of the management side of things.
