MizDoulos
Information Director
To coordinate member information and handle all enquiries and investigations related to site information.
Every Alpha member has a clear role now and that is all they concentrate on.
As the new CF Executive, the members will help me shape the new governance structure for CF, and appoint the new Operations Committee, which is essentially the new Administrators.
The Administrators will be heads of different Staff Teams and will be responsible for appointing Supervisors (used to be Chief Moderators).
Each Supervisor will head up a sub-team that looks after a certain subset of forums, and will be responsible for appointing Moderators and Senior Moderators.
Moderator applications will no longer be voted in by all staff. Moderator applications for certain forums will go straight to the Supervisor of the forum. Supervisors will use their discretion as to who they want on their team and can appoint moderators. They will also be able to use their discretion to promote moderators to Senior Moderators.
With this new structure where moderation teams are now forum-based, we will need many more moderators (I would think about 200 to 250 moderators) to ensure all forums are covered.
