And you're a blessing to your family. Thank GOD for those
who earn the money for the family.

Since he posts a lot here, while at work, on his employer's time, do you think it is stealing to play on the internet on his employer's time?

It could be, but depends on what kind of deal we have with our employers and what kind of job we have.

Yeah, & of more importance is what posts like the deleted one steal from everybody here.

But hopefully he's feeling much better now & won't bore us with apologies. I'd much rather see him simply calm & friendly. People with that much passion are great to have around when they control it instead of letting it control them.
I like him in spite of himself.
I'm sure I've been much worse.

I agree and will continue to pray for him.

That is certainly a consideration, and why I have asked it of specific persons. I don't know what arrangement they have. The quesiton gives them the opportunity to explain their answer.

The guys that work for me, several whom have been with me since 1988, know that I am far more concerned with efficiency and getting the work done than I am time. They know that if I have budgeted 5 days to do a job, and it gets done in 4, we play on the 5th, with pay.;)

Having said that, if someone is playing for 3 or 4 hours each day, on my nickle, then that tells me they don't have enough to do.

It's agood thing I'm my own boss. LOL Of course, I don't pay myself yet either.

LOL, get used to it. The first three years I think I worked for about $1.10 an hour. But then I was working 80 to 90 hours a week to get things off the ground and doing the work of 4 or 5 people.

I hope that's not the case with you.;)

Well, then you should be making about $2.70 an hour then.:p
LOL We gotta start selling again for that to happen. Right now, I'm my own best customer.

That's OK, we're working on a commercial.

TV? Are you in a large enough market?
We're in a town of 60,000, plus we sell Christian outdoor gear. Did you know that 50% of outdoorsmen claim to be evangelical?

TV is actually cheaper than I thought. About $4-5 a spot after you get the commercial made. Since we're looking at a pre-made commercial that just needs a little tweaking the cable comapny, and the local FOX station, have both said we can get the commercial done cheap (if not for free). Of course, both the reps we talked to were Christian outdoorsmen...so I'm sure that helps a bit.

Yep, in fact I got the cd with the commercials (and a promo loop) in the mail this morning.

I forgot, we are located on the busiest street in the state. Of course, with a state of just under 1 million people that isn't saying much. LOL
