All of the Apostles had Christ's full authority to bind and loose, and they passed on that authority to those they established as leaders in the Churches they planted, and those leaders passed on that authority to their successors..Peter and Paul were equal. It should considering that is was differing views of the teachings of Jesus and essentially Jesus Himself. He is the head of His church, not any of man's.So? I don’t see that as a problem.
