If there was a 2100% increase in the use of so-called “assault weapons” this would be headline-worthy news.

“Personal weapons” are defined as hands, feet, fists, or teeth.

I'm not seeing how the article came up with a 2100% increase in officers being killed with personal weapons. If there were 0 in 2020 and 8 in 2022, that's only an 800% increase between the two years.

Also, that increase may only be a blip and not a trend. So far in 2023 there have been 0 officers killed with personal weapons through April 30th.

Actually, I did not runt the numbers, either way it is a huge increase and follows the rise in lawlessness we are seeing all across the Country.

I have come to the conclusion that it is not the weapons, it is the soul of the population that is becoming more and more like the pre-flood generation.
