Persevance of Saints ??

Rev 3:16 So because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.

Do this Scrpiture go against the "P" in T.U.L.I.P. ? in not how so ?

No. "P" does not mean that people will automatically go to heaven even if they're "lukewarm", rather, that the elect of God will by His grace hear these warning passages and perservere in faith until the end.

P stands for perseverance of the saints. A better name might be "the perseverance of God with the saints," but both ideas are actually involved. God perseveres with us, keeping us from falling away, as we would certainly do if He were not with us. But because He perseveres we also persevere. Not sure if that controdics what you just said but that what i thought "P" was.

Calvinism is God centered, as opposed to man centered.

As Calvinists we believe God is totally sovereign in Salvation and in our entire walk .

He that saved us will keep us, we could never keep ourselves from falling.

We really do believe that He is the Author and finisher of out faith ,
With Jude was say

Jud 1:24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present [you] faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,

To the only wise God our Saviour, [be] glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.
