He from the dispensatiinalist mold.

He's a Gen 12:2,3 = bless national Israel propogandist cintrary to what Paul taught about the passage in Rom 3,4 & Gal 3.
I've caught lies simply by researching his statements such as stating that 70 AD was the last inhabitatiin if the jews in Israel until 1948; misinterpreting the highway of holiness, and others.

I don't know if they were intentiinal or just due due his disillusiinment.

I like him. A good Christ follower.
I don't like the way people are so quick to point out what they think is wrong about fellow believers. No one on this planet is perfect,
We all see "through a glass darkly".
It is a good thing to search out the scriptures for yourself to know what to believe, but don't be
back biting and causing strife and divisions by fault finding.

Prophecy is not "the way" we know the Bible is true. This is actually the modern mentality of epistemology (how we know that we know). It has a way of sound "objective" but what is really going on is a very restricted and qualified understanding, for ex., that modern Israel is a fulfillment of prophecy.

To give a more historic understanding we should recognize 2 things. 1, the historic understanding of the truth of the Bible and the Gospel was that it was historic fact. It constantly appeals to us to see that the Bible is not some kind of odd mindset; it's facts are historic facts. When Jesus, Peter and John go to meet Moses and Elijah, the watch on your wrist does not suddenly stop because time is suspended; it happened in real space and time. The miracle of the healing of a paralyzed man in Mt 9 etc was intentionally done to link an "otherworldly" statement about forgiveness with "this wordly" physical proof, on the spot, case closed. Peter in Acts 12:9 gives (or rather Luke describes Peter's mind about) perhaps the most valuable statement in the whole Bible: Peter thought his escape was a dream or vision. The Greek uses a term like 'existentialist.' That his mind was playing tricks on him. This is extremely valuable...because it was not, but Peter had absolute, honest, human doubtthat it was.

2, There is fulfilled prophecy that is bone-crushing in its power, but many of these guys don't or don't know how to use it. Daniel 9's 490 years in the normal sense, and Christ about the Destruction of Jerusalem in Mt 24A etc. It is totally astounding that these two pieces of historic evidence are among the most butchered by "prophecy experts" who open their remarks by saying "prophecy is how we know the Bible is true."

What do you think of this guy??? He seems to be informed but who knows...Have you ever been to his church???

All we can do with anyone claiming to teach God's Word is test what they teach by Scripture.

I find his teaching to be unbiblical. We can discuss the specifics of his various teachings as you present them.

His father claimed to talk to dead people, which is forbidden in the Old Testament.

He teaches the doctrine of Dispensational Futurism that has spread like a virus through the evangelical Church in America, within the last 150 years. Many have never heard anything else and have no idea about the source of the doctrine.

Based on thousands of pages of commentary and sermons, no American pastor taught the doctrine at the time of the Revolutionary War.

I certainly don't agree with everything he says--however, I like to listen to him. He comes up with some very interesting points. Makes you think. Don't have to agree with everything someone says to like them--I like listening to the old Bishop Sheen shows and Joyce Meyers, too. They don't have to have my doctrinal believes to say something that can be true and useful.

He dio start out OK on 1st century events, but jumped the future without explanation about the same thing, which is more complicated and confusing than he realizes.

Prophecy is not how we know the Bible to be true. Not in his sense. It is true because the post-Israel plan of God for the whole world was there all the time, hidden from Paul's people and generations, Eph 3:5, Rom 16's finale.
