What are the current theological and other differences among the Church of God, Assemblies of God and Four Square Gospel Church?
Let me ping a gentleman who will have a vast amount of knowledge and wisdom to address your questions.

I don't know much about the Church of God, except they think you can lose your salvation. http://cgi.org/once-saved-always-saved/ Assembly of God churches are supposed to be rapture believers but I have heard sermons in their church that would say otherwise. Foursquare churches are similar to Assembly of God, but they seem to have a bit more doctrinal latitude. Sorry i know that is pretty shallow, so hopefully others will chime in as it is an excellent question.

The Church of God and Assemblies of God came out of the Azusa Street revivial. The Church of God was the one that stayed in Azusa Street under William Seymour, while the white folks went to Springfield and started the Assemblies of God. You must understand that the division between the whites and African Americans was due to the attitudes of the times. The whites wanted a white Pentecostal church and they took the mailing list of all the white people who associated with Azusa Street so that Seymour's magazine could not longer be sent to them, and so those people thought the the Azusa St revival had finished, when it had not. It is a comment on Seymour's character, that when the Assemblies of God had their first convention to launch their church, Seymour stood up, blessed them and let them go. As a result, Seymour's Church of God is the largest Pentecostal denomination in the US, while the AOG is the second largest. Both these churches have basically the same articles of faith. Although in up until the 1970s, there was some discrimination against African American Christians in the AOG, and one of the reasons why A A Allen was severely persecuted by the AOG people was that he integrate black and white folks in his tent crusades.

The Four Square Pentecostal denomination was launched by Aimee Macpherson when she felt that she no longer had the energy to continue going on the road with her crusades, so she settled in Los Angeles, built the first large Dome architect church with no supporting pillars, which could seat 25,000 people. She was a powerful healing evangelist who won tens of thousands to the Lord in her lifetime. They have largely the same articles of faith, and subscribe to the same Pentecostal theology as the two others. Aimee's church was planted in Los Angeles in the 1920s, after the Azusa Street revival had basically become church history.

I trust that this is helpful. Read Roberts Liardon's series on God's Generals and you will find all the stories there.
