The Pennsylvania senate race was close. 0.5% margin close. Which under Pennsylvanian law triggers an automatic recount of votes. However several counties openly defy the rule of law and stated they will also count undated mail in ballots. That is on top of challenging the state supreme court to "come get them". And their open defiance was met with strong direct order to comply supreme court.
Imagine openly telling everyone you will rob a bank because others have also rob a bank before and you wanted the courts to tell you "No". Was the written law not clear enough? People like these can't be trusted to be anywhere near election apparatus.
