Quakers and Pentecostals both place an emphasis on religious experience, so that's something they have in common. Besides that, they're different historical movements.

However, as I was checking to make sure I had my facts and terminology correct, I discovered that some Quaker groups and some Pentecostal groups were influenced by the Holiness movement, so there's additional common ground there. See Conservative holiness movement - Wikipedia , for example.

My own experience is with an Assemblies of God congregation in the Chicago area and with unprogrammed Friends Meetings in the greater Philadelphia area. These, of course, represent only a small portion of the variation that is found in both groups.

I'll note that the Friends Meetings in my area (under the umbrella of the Philadelphia Yearly Meeting) do not have clergy, so they may not help you make a case for female priests in your own church. The Friends in my area do, however, allow men and women to participate equally in the Meeting.

Pennsylvania is named after William Penn.

William Penn was a Quaker.

Quakers have allowed women to become preachers
for hundreds of years.

Are Quakers connected to the Pentecostal Church ?

They seem to have some things in common.
Not all Pentecostal Churches allow women to be clergy (it varies) - and as @PloverWing said, Quakers do not have clergy.

I don't think Quakers have ordained clergy. I can be wrong.

The Pentecostal Church descended from Methodism, which descended from the Church of England (Anglican), which descended from the Catholic Church.

My thoughts exactly! Pentecostals are varied on how they are structured.
