Pelvic Pain

Has anyone experienced pelvic pain with thier pregnancy? Sometimes it hurts to walk because my joints hurt so bad, especially if I have been sitting for a while. Any suggestions on what to do?

Yes, have it. Major sometimes.

I know sitting sitll makes it worse, but it isn't like I have the energy to move around much!

I have it too but if I get up for a few minutes at LEAST every hour it's not as bad. Also I sometimes use one of those big exercise balls. We have to move our bodies even if we're tired.

Would you kill me if I said, "Offer it up!" and maybe see a chiropractor! Also being in the water helped me, too. I think it is often a positioning issue- so time on all fours, or in knee-chest position might help- as both encourage the baby to rotate.

Thanks so much ladies. I have found that the more I move the less painful it is and spending time on all fours and stretching has helped a bit. I will definitely talk to my midwife about it at my next appointment.
