PC games or Console games? Which are better?

Console...You have better control over the characters that you play...They have better graphics...And they don't cost very much

I think it depends on the game.

Of course, you can always just hook your PC to a nice TV if it has a video-out option for the best graphics!

I use my pc for most games, the graphics are much better, plays a lot smoother and the control system is far superior (particularly for fps games). Also, playing multi-player games on the net is awesome.

Console games are good for when you have a few mates round, but for single-player, I only use them for games that aren't yet out on pc.

My PS2 only gets used when a new GTA game comes out, I use my Xbox for dvds and Halo games and my GameCube has only been used for Mario Kart and Zelda: Windwaker.

i think console games are better because whenever i download games on my pc all of them are super slow, but i have a fast computer for everything else. And i think on a console its easier.

PC. It has the most capability of expanding and improving. Consoles are limited by their original hardware.

I much prefer console games to pc games as we had way too many incompatability problems. I do play my Gamecube on the PC though.

Hmm i play both and this is the argument that I see

PC games...generally better graphics and more of a game....for example Quake two on the PC was way better than Quake 2 on the PS1 bigger game, better play. However I found it difficult to use a mouse and control all the other stuff as well like reloading.

Console games...okay not bad but not generally as big as PC Games however I find that I can learn the game controls faster and it is easier to play.

Each to their own I suppose.

It's actually a mix. I personally prefer the PC because FPS's (my favorite genre) are much better with a mouse and keyboard rather then a controller. Consoles are good as well because they're cheaper to get then a new computer (or upgrade) and are less of a hassle (plug and play). As far as graphics, PC games tend to be better.

I use it both mostly console because my computer is not powerful enough to play game in these day.

Lag losing data $1,000 for new PC's. I don't think the PC is all that good unless you like MMORPGs. I don't think the PC is all that for online shooters.

Personally, I like Xbox Live cuz ya don't want to tip 'n shoot. I like to do voice chat with Xbox Live. Or if you don't have a Xbox then the PS2 is good.

I just don't know of good shooters for it, but I do know of some MMORPGs for it. I'm also not sure if the games are hacked like PSO.

Console games. PC games are alright, but PCs aren't made solely for gaming, which means they wont always be the best at it. Consoles are the best at gaming and games are made to that bar set.
