The greek equivalant name of "reborn", is Zoe.My name is Renae and means "reborn"
I am French, English, and 1/2 Polish
I looked into the names of our family and I am the only one that doesn't have a saint name out right...
Also this is an option lolRenae is a Christian name! It refers to the sacrament of baptism!! It was originally popular in French as Renee (or Rene for a boy).
You can be baptised with this as your Christian name, and celebrate your name day on Theophany (Christ's baptism).
It's the same as Evangeline/Evangelia -- refers to the Annunciation. Or Tiffany, which is the old English spelling of Theophany.
Christ Himself is your patron hun! What a blessing!

Also, if there are other saints that you identify with, you can certainly have icons of them and pray for their intercession as well. I have an icon of St. Photini and other saints that inspire me as well.
By the way, some priests allow you to choose your own while others pick them for you. I'm in the OCA, and I think most priests there usually let you choose your own. You might check with your priest as to whether you can choose a male saint. I am not sure about my current bishop's opinion on that, but my former bishop believed strongly that you should choose a saint of the same sex.
