Brothers and Sisters,
As some of you know, Passover began last Saturday night, and by the Jewish Calendar, this Sunday ressurection Sunday. I have come to the conclusion that Passover means as much to Christians as it does to Jews, and it is something that we shouldn't miss out on. I was doing some studying to prepare for Passover, and one morning before school/work I popped in a video of Zola Levitt's stepping through the ritual.
Then, the funniest thing happened. Zola had not even gotten started. He was barely getting the candles lit, and the Holy Spirit went absolutely nuts. I was shouting from one side of my house to the other and I didn't even know why.
So, I finally said "Dad, what is it?!"
And then, he said "Matt, don't you see? Don't you see? The blood of the righteous, spotless Lamb was poured out upon the stone doors of your heart. But this blood says not only to the spirit of death, 'Stop,' but to the Spirit of Life, 'Come in! Come in!' "

If you still want to do it, I don't think there's anything wrong with setting it up at any time of the year.
But I thought the feast was eaten on the first day of the week
