basically pascal said that we have to make a descision wether there is or isnt a God because if we say we dont know we end up living as if there isnt a God.

We can make no decision but for evil. (Rom 3). Even paschal's theory relies on God making Himself evident and giving us the faith to state the Truth, or on acting like we believe in God just because its what's best for us in the long run.&nbsp; But that, by his own theories logic, is not really believing, but middle&nbsp;ground, and so will wind up being unbelief anyway.&nbsp; Faith is NOT logical.

&nbsp;Biblically speaking, no one can choose to believe in God. God makes us believe. We then can choose to not believe (and many do), but it is never us who have chosen Him. As Christ said, "I have chosen you."
