if thats north carolina ,,, I think you could find them in resivoirs and ponds. they have a bluegill that some time ago they did something and got em a bit bigger than what you usually find in streams.zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

My son caught a wall-eye weekend. It was big enough to keep, but not big enough for a meal for 5 people. He wanted it for supper...we had it for an appatizer. LOL!

lol, dont think ive ever caught one of those, know of people around here that search and search for a place to catch em. lol first time i grilled one outside, aaaah its falling apart, falling into the fire, oooh so they call it "tin foil" hmm have to try that. lol

Yep, tin foil is a good thing. I buy the heavy duty stuff. Also wide flat steel spatula's.

Walleye is very tasty dipped in beer & then rolled in cornmeal!!!

Ooooh! Gonna try that. I usually dip it in egg/milk/mix, then roll it in crushed crackers, fish seasoning (lemon pepper, herbs, garlic and salt) with some powdered parmasean cheeze. Never thought of beer and cornmeal!

if I remember correctly, if ya drink enouph of it , you,, dont ,,,really notice the taste that much, exept for salt,, usually needed more salt. did make the fish look bigger,,, but then,, others had to ,, lift your head to get to the fish. hey all : n )

nope, not my intetion at all, really, id cross my heart but I dont wear a bra, id hope to die but what good would that do, id stick a needle in my eye but it might hurt and my glasses may not fit over it. : n )
