smaller then bass, bigger then sunfish, very tasty in a batter dipped fishfry in a pub , sorta way.

I think it's something my brother concoctedOoooh! Gonna try that. I usually dip it in egg/milk/mix, then roll it in crushed crackers, fish seasoning (lemon pepper, herbs, garlic and salt) with some powdered parmasean cheeze. Never thought of beer and cornmeal!
