Parker County Fire

I found out about this while I was in school, there was a large fire which may be contained now. I’m not sure how much damage has been done or how much danger people were/are in, but this seems like a situation that if anyone is led to pray please do, people are probably scared and may have lost a lot.

Father, I pray for any and all that were effected by this fire in any way, physically, emotionally, financially, and spiritually. I pray that even before prayers were said, that You already knew what would be prayed, and responded accordingly, such as it will be in the time of Isaiah 65:24. I pray that in response to this fire people will have turned to You for the many good reasons there are for turning to You during and after a fire like this. May they be blessed, rather than stressed from this fire, having been motivated to seek Your closeness in their lives. Amen.

Update: It sounds like the fire didn't get much (besides grass). I could smell it on that area around the highway(s) but thought it was something that two trucks were sitting in that burned grass.
