I've had a recent affinity for parables, especially Kafka's and those presented in other assorted writings. Anyone else think they have philosophical meaning?

Yeah but the meaning is usually concealed unless one has the right understanding to 'unlock' its message so to speak.

Parables are meant to teach.. In order for the message to be effective, one kinda has to look beyond the story, into the meaning. But that doesn't mean everyone can do that.
I dunno... whatever. Meh, just a thought.
