My husband would eat this every night if I would let him... so I thought I'd share the recipe:

Pan Seered Salmon

You'll need:
2 filets of salmon
bell peppers
olive oil (or whatever kind of oil)
spanish capers
minced garlic
salt

Heat stove on high to get pan hot while you are preparing salmon. Pour some olive oil in a bowl, then take the salmon and dip it in the olive oil until it is completely covered. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the fleshy side of the filet. Turn stove down to medium. Pour left over oil from bowl into pan. Cut up bell peppers in pan. Drop salmon into pan, scaley side down. Cover with capers and garlic. Cover and cook until salmon breaks apart with fork easily.
