) been to the CPPA forum over at paintmagazine.com yet?Breaks are what happen when the paintball hits and breaks on you so you are marked with the paint.me and my friends play to 3 breaks.most people or players play up to 2 breaks.by the way a break and a hit are 2 different things. the difference is if the paint sticks to you or not.so you may get hit but it may not break.
