Page Numbers at the top of each forum!

It should be much easier to navigate around the forums with our nifty page numbers at the top of each forum.

If you can't see a thread, chances are it has moved to the next page because of newer threads - just browse through the pages.

I've changed the page numbering links to a dropdown menu, with buttons on each side to go to the previous page or next page.

This new system should work in Netscape 4.xx (the previous boxes were not working with Netscape).

Hope it works well. Let me know if there are any bugs.
