Lately I've been tempted and tempted and sometimes I have given in to sin. Please intercede with me so that I may draw nearer to Christ and leave temptation at the door.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
We can pray, but you must be steadfast in prayer yourself.

Amen, we all battle this. No one is above it. For we are as filthy rags. Praise the Lord Jesus!!! That He so willingly forgives us of all our sins, and we begin to pick up our crosses and follow HIM. Holy is the name of Jesus!!
Heavenly Father please help this dear girl, Lord her battle, is our battle. We all need your strength and help in this. Please encourage her, and strengthen her. Lord we encourage her to deny her own thoughts and desires that lead to sin. Please God help her in every way. Likewise Lord, please help us all. In the name of Jesus. Amen!!

Lord, send him help with resisting temptation to give into sin and that he can be strong. Be there for him and show him your going to be there every step of the way. Send him your love, peace, comfort and strength. I pray for this, in Jesus name, Amen.

bless yer heart, praying with you and in agreement with you that God intercedes as only He can and that He grants you all that you need to withstand temptation and to, especially in the most difficult of moments, to seek His face and bring ALL that you are struggling with to Him. Father may it be so, in Jesus name, amen.

When we continually give in to sin our conscience is clouded and we become virtually blind to the truth that we have grace to be victorious in every trial; it is true that we may fight that problem all our lives and it won't be easy but it's also true that we serve a mighty God who works in us. Pray that God heals you of this spiritual blindness and any other harm inflicted by sin and that He helps you not only see but set your eyes on the glory before you as Christ did.
