I remember a time when 40 sounded old... must have been about 15 at the time
Now I,m not too sure I want to think about any age group as old.
All I know is that any more climbing too many flights of stairs makes me feel old, and driving past the gym when I know I should be stopping there is getting old.

well I am 42 and I do not feel like Iam in my forties. I thank my daughter for that. She keeps me young.
