PERSONALITY: Amanda, who ALWAYS goes by Outsider, is very shy. She always keeps to herself, almost never talks out loud on her own free will and always walks with her head down.
APPEARANCE: OUtsider is always dressed rather plainly. She always wears her hair pulled back in a pony tail, wears soft colored shirts, jeans and tennis-shoes.
POWERS: Outsider has the power of electricity. If anyone touches her skin, they get a slight shock of electricity. But, if something makes her angry, she can shoot lightning out of her eyes.
HISTORY: When Amanda was seven she realized that everyone who touched her got a slight shock. Not too serious, since it can happen to anyone. But one day in the park with her parents, Amanda was angered over something, and a lightning bolt shot from her eyes and killed the boy angering her. Amanda hadn't meant to kill the boy, it had just happened. She was imediatly sent to the MTC. Her parent's never said goodbye, or I love you, they didn't even look back.
Stories were made about her, so that's why she changed her name to Outsider so that no one would know who she really is. And she keeps to herself so that another mistake doesn't happen. She's been in the MTC for seven years.
