Out for a while to be the good husband

Please pray for my family. My wife underwent bilateral knee surgery today which required bone grafts from her hips. I bring her home from the hospital tomorrow for her four weeks of recovery.

At last we have Dawn back home, after a one day delay. The doctors needed more time to stabilize her, and so we drove down to VA today and brought her back home.

Her legs are both bandaged to the point where she looks like the StayPuffed Marshmallow Man, and the pain meds make her sleepy.

Good news is that she is home, and she is as well as can be expected.
