I urge you to listen to my pastor's reply to the informational mailouts to all pastors in the Southern Baptist of Texas, including two CDs. These he explains in this sermon and refutes their claims agaist the doctrines of grace and verifies our beliefs so beautifully! It is a sad day when your denomination attacks the solid biblical beliefs you so want to uphold! We are a reformed congregation in the Soutnern Baptist of Texas Convention, the conservative branch, not affiliated with the Baptist General Convention, moderate branch. Also please be in prayer for all who would uphold the truth of scripture without compromise and that those who do not would search the scripture and pray for understanding, that their blindness, deafness and hard hearts would be touched by our Lord!

I just realized that we cannot simply tiptoe through the TULIP
we must embrace it.

I listened to it today going to and from work. Very good message - I particularly liked the simplicity of it. As much as some of us want to make it so - Calvinism just simply is not rocket science - and the way Pastor Caldwell presents it in this message, any 10 year old could fully grasp it.

As to the CDs that went out - I go to a SB church in Texas and my pastor (who is reformed to the core) hadn't gotten them.
